Any unused reservations, giftcards, or tickets will be refunded within 14 days of original purchase. Refunds for movie ticket purchases must be requested BEFORE the showtime which the tickets were purchased. Refunds after showtimes have occurred cannot be completed. Please email email@example.com or call your local facility to request a refund. Please include your transaction date, product purchased, and the name the transaction was purchased under when requesting a refund.
